Today, I guide students from all walks of life — complete beginners, seasoned athletes, people in rehabilitation, stressed professionals. What unites them: the desire for a practice that truly belongs to them.

Every body has its own story. Before suggesting anything, I listen — genuinely. Not a form to fill in, a real conversation. What you feel on a given day matters as much as your long-term goals.
I don't work with fixed programmes. I build on what you bring to each session — a back pain, a difficult week, or simply a need for stillness.
In my practice, yoga is not a sport. It is a tool for self-knowledge. Consistency and subtlety matter far more than performance or flexibility.
