Do I need experience to get started?
No experience is needed at all. Every session is adapted to your current level, whether it's your very first time or a return after a long break.
How does the first session work?
We begin with a 10–15 minute conversation about your expectations, any pain or physical constraints, and what you'd like to explore. The session is then built from what you've shared with me.
Where do sessions take place?
I come to your home, or you can come and practise in my space. The possibilities are there to be discussed together.
What equipment do I need?
A yoga mat and comfortable clothing. I provide props (blocks, straps, blankets) as needed.
How many sessions does it take to see results?
It depends on your goals. Many of my students feel a difference after the very first session — more lightness, less tension. For lasting change, regular practice over several weeks is ideal.
Do you offer packages or subscriptions?
Yes, single-session and pack options are available. Contact me to discuss the format that suits your rhythm best.
Is yoga suitable for injuries or chronic pain?
Therapeutic yoga can be very beneficial for chronic pain or rehabilitation. It is important to tell me beforehand so I can adapt the practice safely. Please consult your doctor if necessary.
Can I give a session as a gift?
Of course. Contact me to arrange a gift session — I will send you a confirmation by email that you can pass on.
Does corporate yoga require a specific space?
A cleared meeting room or any space where a mat can be unrolled is sufficient. I adapt to your environment.
How do I book?
